What do you have planned for easter? I will be cooking for our family – just a quiet Easter meal for us to share. My good friend Teresa (whose services I use) has so kindly prepared a quiche for us. I will prepare a ham, potatoes, and a vegetable. During times like this we miss our family strung out all over the world – Mike’s parents in Schenectady, NY; Mike’s sister in Denmark; my father and stepmother in Malaysia; and my sister in Australia.
