HOW IT WORKS
GETTING STARTED
Shoot me an email and we’ll start by getting to know each other. I’ll find out all about your project needs and creative vision. If we decide we are a good fit. Once all the details are finalized, I’ll send over the invoice and design agreement.
RESEARCH & CREATE
I’ll then work closely with you to gather information and brainstorm ideas to ensure we’re on the same page before beginning the design process. We’ll work together to collect inspiration and, when necessary, I’ll send over a mood board that communicates the aesthetic direction of your project. From there, I’ll develop concepts which will then be presented for your review. Your feedback is super important to the design process as we work towards a solution that best represents your vision.
FINALIZATION
Once everything is finalized and any revisions have been made, I’ll package up your project files and send them off to you. Since many of my clients’ projects are multifaceted, I’m always happy to continue to work on additional needs as they come up, whether that’s a website, ad design, or new print collateral. So keep in touch!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
[expand title=”What’s the turnaround time for a project?”]Turnaround time varies from project to project, but on average, most designs take about 5 weeks to complete. Larger buildouts can take about 2 to 3 months depending on the details. We’ll outline a specific timeline at the beginning of your project. Rush projects can sometimes be accomodated for a fee.[/expand]
[expand title=”In detail, what is your design process like?”]Once you’re ready to get started, send me a proposal via my contact form with a bit of info about your project. If we sound like a good fit, I’ll send over some general info along with a design questionnaire. After thoughtfully filling that out, we’ll schedule a complimentary consultation to go over your answers more in-depth and get acquainted via FaceTime, Skype, or in-person (if local). Once we’re on the same page and ready to get the ball rolling, I’ll send over the invoice and design agreement. For projects under $1K, full payment is required up front; above $1K, there’s a 50% payment plan (50% upon booking, 50% before final delivery). I start by gathering inspiration and create a mood board that encompasses the visual feel for the project. We’ll discuss what you like about certain examples and possibly what you don’t like. Your involvement during the initial stages of the design process will help me best bring your ideas to life during the sketching and conceptualizing phase. Once we’re in agreement about the inspiration, I’ll start sketching and provide concepts for your review. In some cases, these will be rough samples, while other times the concept may be more fleshed out or near complete. Once you decide on a direction you like, I’ll work on expanding the design or providing revisions. When you’re happy with the design (and I know you will be!) I’ll package up the files and send them over and we can celebrate releasing your new project to the world![/expand]
[expand title=”How many rounds of revisions are included?”]Two rounds of revisions are included in a standard package. This may include major changes to the design, or simple color tweaks. While I’m usually happy to work until the project is to your liking, extra rounds of revisions will be charged at my hourly rate of $65.[/expand]
[expand title=”Do we need to be local to work together?”]Nope! I’ve work with clients from all over the world, and since most of my design projects are done remotely via email, location is not a problem. If you happen to be located in Eugene and your project would best be discussed in person, I’m happy to arrange meetings once you’ve booked with me. [/expand]
[expand title=”Can I see a few concepts before I decide to book you?”]I have a strict No Spec Work policy. Not only does spec work hurt designers, but it’s bad for your business as well. While I very well might be able to create a “good looking” design on a whim for your project, real good design requires conversation, collaboration, and meaningful information. Read more on that here. Or watch this video.[/expand]
[expand title=”I’m ready to get started! What next?”]Awesome! If we sound like a good fit and you’re ready to start working together, send me an email about your project and let’s chat! Can’t wait to hear from you![/expand]
What my clients are saying
I’d be happy to provide a comprehensive list of websites I have built, just connect with me via my contact form, and I’ll be in touch!
Natasha did a fantastic job on my daughters recruiting website! I gave her a rough idea about what I was looking for and she more than exceeded my expectation. She had an amazingly quick turn-around time and has continued to keep the website updated and current. I will (and have) recommended her to others.
– Leslie Walker
It has been a pleasure to work with Natasha, I have been very impressed by the customer service that she has provided. The first thing Natasha did was sit down and simply listen to what I wanted. She provided wonderful suggestions for my approval and then executed everything in a very timely manner. I had a large event to photograph and Natasha turned around a complete working website very quickly to ensure my customers could see my new website.

I have had many web designers offer to update my company’s website over the years, but when Natasha reached out to me, I was immediately interested in her services. She did a wonderful job of meeting with me to go over what I would like in a website and to show me her ideas. She was very professional, had a great attention to detail and was quick to respond to any of my concerns. I highly recommend her as a website designer.

I have spent many hours trying to work with other website designers and builders only to become more frustrated without a completed product. Natasha is so great to work with. She listens to your needs, responds quickly to the tasks requested, and has been patient and diligent teaching me how to manage additions to my site. I enjoy getting to work with her and happy to have such great support with our digital marketing needs.

Five Fourteen Vinyards
We contacted Natasha to help us build our brand for our vineyard and wine business. She has helped us through the entire process. Developing the logo, print materials, web design and wine label design, as well as photography. We couldn’t be happier with how everything has turned out and we are consistently receiving great feedback. She has such great style and ideas, but most importantly she was willing to listen to our input and respect our vision. We highly recommend Natasha and we will continue to be working with her on many upcoming projects.
